Hi,


I am re-submitting this complaint on recommendation from one of your customer support staff.


I had trouble uploading evidence of the spam emails, but have now refreshed the cache on my computer and the upload facility is available.


By way of background, for at least the last 6 months, I have been received spam email from Raging Bull Casino up to 3 times per day.


I have never subscribed to this casino or to any online casino for that matters, so these emails are a nuisance and causing unnecessary stress.


Please find attached examples of emails I have received over the last week.


Despite me trying to unsubscribe from the emails, new emails originating from different email addresses but claiming to be from 'Raging Bull Casino' continue to be sent to me on a daily basis.


Please help!

Hi Natalie--

I sincerely apologize for this. Over the past couple weeks, I've received several complaints about this.

First, please know that these emails are not coming from our casino--these are being sent by an affiliate who is now under stern scrutiny by our Affiliate Manager.

I'd like to ask that you send me 2 or 3 of these emails (I've attached my email address, privately), so I can ensure it is the same affiliate which we're having issues with. I will also ask our Affiliate Manager to make certain your email address is not on any list, going forward.

I have forwarded the emails to your nominated email address and I haven’t received any of the said spam emails since.

I hope this has resolved the matter and thanks for your help.

Hi,

Yes, in circumstances where I have not received the spam email for 2 days, the case may be closed.

I note I will have the ability to re-open the case if the issue occurs again.
