Upon signing up to raging bull I had read the terms and conditions which clearly stated that members are welcome to join at the ages of 18-21 years of age depending on their legal jurisdiction (see below for screenshot)
Being an 18 year old I signed up and played a variety of slots for about 2 weeks before deciding to withdraw a hefty chunk of my winnings, after a few days I went to check the status of my withdrawal only to find my account was closed and I was unable to login.
After contacting the live chat I was told that all members must be 21 years of age and after sending the assistant a screenshot of the Terms and conditions that state I am allowed to play I was repeatedly told “ Sam I am really sorry but you must to be 21 or older to play in the casino” Followed by the assistant leaving the chat (see image below.
Ultimately, i would like to receive the winnings I’m entitled too, although at the very least a refund for my deposits

When our Payments Manager looked at your account further, it was found that you were blatantly mixing funds. You would make a withdrawal and then cancel it, make another deposit using a coupon and so on. You did this three times, so this cannot be viewed as some sort of accident and as such, your account has been closed and your winnings have been voided.

8. Redeeming Multiple Promotions: You may not mix or combine promotions or bonuses. If multiple bonuses are mixed, your casino winnings may be removed at the time of withdrawal.
