Completed verification, completed wagering and now unable to enter my account
Dear Askgamblers!
First of all thank you for helping to verificate my account. This problem has solved. But then what is going with this site... this is so insane. I made my verification complete. They wrote an e-mail that my account is full verificated. Then I made a withdraw, from no deposit bonus (100$) then my account is now say INVALID USER. I cant login, I cant do anything. Support say all is good with my user. They say must to see my password. But my user and password is good! I cant login. And my withdraw is made 2 week ago. Withdraw is now actually , but my account closed. When I ask what is my acc, they write all is ok with my acc. I keep fighting for the 100$. I hope they will pay this!

I've just checked your account and I see a note from our Payments Manager asking if your bank accepts wires in USD? If not, what currency does your bank accept?
