Coindraw can not be used for the withdrawal

I started out playing here with a 25 free spin no deposit bonus. Max cash out is $100... got it. I ended up with around $94 that it says I am able to withdraw. There was a withdrawal option available called Coindraw that I never heard of so I proceeded to look into it. According to my findings it is supposed to be some new way in which 90% of withdrawals are approved within 20 minutes. Sounded great. I went ahead and chose this as my withdrawal option then it proceeded to tell me I would need to make a $10 deposit in Litecoin and then ID verification would follow. It also said that when i withdrew I would be able to have my initial deposit back as well since this was just to verify my wallet address. I made a deposit of over $10 in Litecoin thru the provided address given by Coindraw and it appeared in my account not long after. I then went to go withdraw all of it and move onto the next step which is verification that it stated would only take 5 minutes. Coindraw is no longer an option and I only have Bitcoin and Wire Transfer as options now which makes no sense. I tried withdrawal thru Bitcoin just to see what would happen but a day passed by and i never got my money send to my bitcoin wallet. I want to continue with the Coindraw process since I already sent them their deposit and it is supposed to be the fastest way to withdraw. I have emailed support since Live Chat is non existent and have gotten no response. I want to know what the next steps are in order for me to continue doing the process I started already. Thanks.

Hi Josh--

Unfortunately, your withdrawal has been denied, as you've breached our terms and conditions:

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

--

As you used three free chips in a row without a real money deposit between, your withdrawal was denied and your winnings have been voided.

Withdrawal Blocked Because Required Wire Method Is Unavailable

Hello AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am asking for your assistance again regarding my $2,500 withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino, originally requested on August 17, 2026.

I want to clarify that I have been cooperating with Raging Bull and have attempted to follow their withdrawal instructions.

I initially requested my withdrawal through Bitcoin, but Raging Bull told me that because my debit card was my primary deposit method, the withdrawal had to be processed by bank wire.

I then provided my bank wire information for bank as instructed.

Raging Bull subsequently told me that they are unable to process transfers to bank at this time and instructed me to provide another bank account, along with a recent bank statement.

I contacted Raging Bull through live chat and asked why the wire could not be processed and requested escalation. Their representative told me:

“I don't see the exactly reason why we can't do wire transfers at the moment my apologies.”

I have now received another email from Raging Bull dated September 4, 2026, again confirming that they cannot process the wire to bank and asking me to provide a different bank account.

This leaves me in a situation where Raging Bull requires my withdrawal to be processed by wire, but the wire method they require is not available to my bank.

I have therefore asked Raging Bull to make a one-time exception and allow my $2,500 withdrawal to be paid through Bitcoin, since the required wire method cannot currently be completed.

I am willing to complete any reasonable verification required. I am not refusing to cooperate with the casino. I am simply asking for a workable payment method to receive my winnings.

My previous AskGamblers complaint was rejected because I was encouraged to cooperate with the casino's suggested payment method. I want to make clear that I did attempt to follow that payment method, but Raging Bull itself has stated that it cannot send the required wire to my bank.

Requested resolution:

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining my $2,500 withdrawal, preferably by allowing Raging Bull to process it through Bitcoin as a one-time exception, or by helping establish another reasonable payment method that I can actually use.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and Raging Bull's September 4 email confirming the issue.

Thank you for reviewing my complaint and helping me find a resolution.

Raging Bull casino redundancydelay tactics
I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.
