Casino refused my payout. I attempted to withdraw my funds and it was denied, following my denied payout, the casino took it upon itself to manually withdraw my funds via management. I've contacted support multiple times to resolve this to no avail. I've even emailed the “finance department” and still have received no response or resolution. This is theft and raging bull casino should be shut down and criminally prosecuted.

There is no theft here and what you were told by support is 100% accurate...
Your bank ultimately declined your charge for the deposit made to our casino. In a nutshell, without a deposit, there can be no winnings.
If you can prove that your bank did indeed pay the charge, your withdrawal will be paid. Without proof, your winnings will remain voided.
If you have proof, please let me know and I'll provide my email address for you to send me your evidence.
