On April 3&5 I requested 2 separate withdrawals for a total amount of $2,978.20. On may 27 I have screenshots of a conversation between a representative and I, stating that everything was approved and that he was processing my payments after numerous times contacting and given the run around. It is now July 15 and I still have gotten no answers or money deposited and now they have my online chat tool disabled and saying I must use an email to contact to which they never reply. Please help me get my money.

Thank you, I want to confirm that i will be receiving BOTH the withdrawals as I have only gotten one confirmation email for the amount of $973.88 but have not received anything about the other withdrawal of $2013.32.
