I've reviewed your account and unfortunately, we do not have complete and acceptable documents on file for you...
First, the ID you've provided expired in December of last year. Our processor requires an up-to-date ID (with at least 90 days before expiration), so we will need to receive copies of your current ID. Also, tax documents do not qualify as a form of a utility bill. We do need to receive a recent (within the past 60 days) utility bill in your name, which is sent to the address we have on file for you.
I also want to point out that you will only be eligible for a withdrawal in the amount of $250. You built your funds using a $250 VIP free chip which allows a cashout only for 1 x the amount of the chip.
I've attached my email address for you to use--please send the documents directly to me. I'd like to ask that you send the docs in .jpeg, .pdf form, as we are not able to read documents sent in .heic. As soon as I receive your documents, I'll arrange for your withdrawal to be issued.
