I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my outstanding $7,500 withdrawal, which has been pending since October 24. After weeks of waiting, I am now being told that the maximum withdrawal of $2,500 will be paid out in separate installments. This is completely unacceptable.
You take deposits instantly and without issue, yet when a player wins, you make the payout process as difficult and delayed as possible. I expect the full $7,500 owed to me to be paid immediately and in one payout. I have been more than patient, and this situation has gone far beyond reasonable timelines.
I want this resolved so I can be paid in full and be done with your casino moving forward.
