I have attached screenshots about my claim for withdrawing $900 on 14th June 2022 from Ragin Bull - Carnival Room and I'm still waiting.
When speaking with the support team I have been told management is looking into it, to my claim has expired to we will look into it. Or we don't have a exact timeframe on when it will be approved.
I don't understand why carnival room makes verification such a time wasting experience only to not pay when I have been verified.
Never going to use RTG casinos again.
