Can't withdraw winnings and casino doesn't respond at all
I began the withdrawal process on May 8, 2023... I completed my identity verification the same day and it was accepted by casino and said complete... I then moved on to the next and last step which is to make a $10 crypto deposit to verify my crypto wallet... at this point I get an error message that deposits are blocked due to "negative db" and I have no idea what that means! I have sent 3 emails to support asking how to fix this issue so I can complete my withdrawal and absolutely no response from casino at all! I tried calling the phone number listed on contact page but an access code is required but offers no instructions how to get an access code and I've had no response to those emails either. I tried to use the live chat link listed there as well but the link does not work and I've tried it on 2 mobile devices and my laptop. My balance still shows as being "withdrawable" but I can't actually even submit the request and I've tried all the contact methods listed on the website.
