Bitcoin withdrawal from November 16th

On November 15 I made a Bitcoin deposit of 40$ I

believe and used a bonus they gave me like 140$ and played I was on plentiful Treasures when I hit bonus spins and kept retriggering it I had got to like 565$ I think I had 23 spins left when they stopped the game and said I won the maximum of 500$ on that game and took my spins away.

I then had to do my play thru because it was the bonus money they had matched me I did that and issued a Bitcoin withdrawal on November 16 for 565$. They immediately told me they would take their money from the bonus I used taking it down to 465$ then wanted me to verify. It took a day to do that and there terms state Bitcoin faster withdrawals the approval part says 5 to 7 business days.

it got to 7 business days I got on live chat and was told it was escalated and to give them time after 11 or 12 business days on December 4 at like 5 am it was approved and the next step said after approval wait 7 to 10 business days for payment.

After ten business days, I got on live chat and was told I would have it by the 15th of December They guaranteed it I have those screenshots then came business day 11 business day 12. I begged them to have my. money before Christmas I know if they did not pay me by friday the 22if December with Monday bringing Christmas I be screwed out of my Christmas.

I begged them to go on 12 business days now 13 business days I sent emails they now sent an email back telling me I have to wait another 7 business days to be verified and approved. I was already approved and verified I have been waiting since November 16.

I just wanted it by Christmas. The terms state on their website 7 business days to be approved I went well over that and it ten business days to get payment once ur approved. I am well over that.

Now they sent me an email saying another 7 business days. Where in their terms does it say they can do that?

I'm not asking for a lot I've been waiting long enough for a Bitcoin withdrawal over the allotted time in their terms. I just wanted my. payment before Christmas.

November 16th withdrawal shouldn't take this long.

23 days and still no payout

I requested a withdrawal of 2294.00 on 5/30/26.

It was finally approved on 6/09/26, and per their timeframe for withdrawals, today is the 10th business day, and I still haven't received it.

Customer service can't get it together with the first one telling me I would get it on the 12th, the next two said today, and the one today says, " Well, today is still the 10th day, so come back and ask tomorrow.

I was denied a supervisor when I asked for one because, according to her, they can't do any more than she can, so it wasn't necessary.

I just need my money!!

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Have not been able to withdraw funds since February

Hello. I initially signed up for this casino using a bonus they were using to match my deposit of $50. Using this deposit, I hit a significant bonus and after reading the withdrawal requirements, I played through the bonus as required. This was back in February, and after several attempts to withdraw the money they have all been unsuccessful citing that my bank account cannot be used for this. I tried another bank account and that was also denied. I have submitted the requested paperwork several times such as statements, proof of address etc. On the last withdrawal attempt, they made me wait over a month just to end up saying I would be unable to withdraw the funds. Please assist and thank you in advance.

Cant find a way to withdraw the winning money

Please help me, I have verify everything including ID and Card payment, all approved and passed but when trying to wd I was being back and fourth with suppport telling me to canceled then try other way but then they said they cannot sending it to my bank. Now I want them to just simply sending it thru bitcoins for me as I would be using it for depositing from now on

Withdrawal took month, and I still haven't received it

They wouldn't let me withdraw, but they canceled it 6 times, made me do my verification 3 times.

Almost the worst casino I've played on.

They try to just scam u outta ur winnings, hoping ur play through them.
