Being difficult to let me withdraw

So long story... I played with raging bull casino last month and hit a jackpot for 2500.00. I send them a redemption and they tell me they can’t redeem to a joint account. So I go to the bank next town over and open my a checking account and debit card with my name only and have them to lock up my account for 30 days so it will be there when I had my new sole acct for 30 days. So they tell me just to Contact them when I was ready to reactivate acct. so that’s what I did on aug 17th. Finally today I get an email telling me they can’t unlock my account until they have all this banking info they asked for. Not sure why I have to have all that to reactivate my acct but I comply and send it all and a pdf of my bank statement showing it’s older than 30 days we’ll she emails me back and says that’s not an active acct and there’s not enough activity like what the heck? Who cares how much money I spend. It’s been open 30 days and in mh name alone so there should be no issues. So not only am I locked out of my account , they owe me 2500.00.

So I did receive my funds but had to take the most difficult route to get it so beware!!

I did receive payment finally but had to do it the most difficult route . I opened my checking acct and had it for 30 days but they wouldn’t let me withdraw that way. Ridiculous!!!!!! Play a different casino!

I requested a withdrawal of 2294.00 on 5/30/26.

It was finally approved on 6/09/26, and per their timeframe for withdrawals, today is the 10th business day, and I still haven't received it.

Customer service can't get it together with the first one telling me I would get it on the 12th, the next two said today, and the one today says, " Well, today is still the 10th day, so come back and ask tomorrow.

I was denied a supervisor when I asked for one because, according to her, they can't do any more than she can, so it wasn't necessary.

I just need my money!!

Raging Bull casino redundancydelay tactics

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Have not been able to withdraw funds since February

Hello. I initially signed up for this casino using a bonus they were using to match my deposit of $50. Using this deposit, I hit a significant bonus and after reading the withdrawal requirements, I played through the bonus as required. This was back in February, and after several attempts to withdraw the money they have all been unsuccessful citing that my bank account cannot be used for this. I tried another bank account and that was also denied. I have submitted the requested paperwork several times such as statements, proof of address etc. On the last withdrawal attempt, they made me wait over a month just to end up saying I would be unable to withdraw the funds. Please assist and thank you in advance.

Cant find a way to withdraw the winning money

Please help me, I have verify everything including ID and Card payment, all approved and passed but when trying to wd I was being back and fourth with suppport telling me to canceled then try other way but then they said they cannot sending it to my bank. Now I want them to just simply sending it thru bitcoins for me as I would be using it for depositing from now on

Withdrawal took month, and I still haven't received it

They wouldn't let me withdraw, but they canceled it 6 times, made me do my verification 3 times.

Almost the worst casino I've played on.

They try to just scam u outta ur winnings, hoping ur play through them.

They take ur money so easily, but dont wanna pay. Just really endless, you don't care, wait months.'
