Hello I've been waiting over a month for my withdrawal. I've asked to chat with a supervisor but I keep getting the same response “supervisor is unavailable” and they also escalate my withdrawal over 15 times.
I have screenshots of my conversations, I keep being told the same thing every time.
I have called and got the same response, I've also been hung up on and whenever I ask too many questions about why is this happening they end the chat. If I try to push to speak to a supervisor they end my chat.
A lot of the representatives are very nice but some have been very rude.

I've just reviewed your account and I'm now a bit confused by your complaint...
I see there are two withdrawals which were both requested Tuesday (11/16). Obviously, those are well within the normal timeframe for approval and payment.
Can you please tell me what it is you are inquiring about?
