Approved withdrawal of 375 USD never sent

I started playing back in March made a deposit for 50 and it shows in my transactions. Also made me a vip member. Long story short I end up winning $500 around may so I go to withdrawal and boom. Its denied, so I contact the customer support and they tell me I have to verify even though my info is already verified.

So I do it again and try still denied. After reaching out through various ways sending multiple documents I finally get approved to withdraw 475 on June 22 2023.

It’s now July 3rd so I contacted them once more to see why I haven’t received my money. First they tell me it’s a discrepancy with my deposit. After reaching out multiple times the story change to I need to verify my identity which is weird due to the fact I’ve had a 25 dollar withdrawal already but still I send more info anyway.

All my documents was approved my identity is still approved. They ask me to verify a card that’s not even connected to my account because they took it off. I told the rep that my account and withdrawal is approved he stated that it’s only a internal message which is crap because if that’s the case the denials must be internal too. So I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was denied that right as well.

So I sent in more documents right now after requested to by customer service since they said that’s the hold up. It has been a nightma So far at raging Bull casino but I’ll keep you Guys updated daily and my class is a depositor yet look how depositors are treated. I have more emails to shows once I access my email showing how I’ve been getting the run around treatment

Hi Poncho--

I've reviewed your account and I see that the deposit you made relating to this withdrawal was ultimately not paid by your bank. Because we never received the funds from your bank, we would not be paying any withdrawals.

You can see in your own evidence that the casino asked you to provide your bank statement if you could prove that your bank did indeed pay the funds. As we've never received this, it's fair to assume that you do not have proof that the deposit was paid. Unfortunately, without proof from your side, there is no withdrawal to be paid.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

Have not been able to withdraw funds since February

Hello. I initially signed up for this casino using a bonus they were using to match my deposit of $50. Using this deposit, I hit a significant bonus and after reading the withdrawal requirements, I played through the bonus as required. This was back in February, and after several attempts to withdraw the money they have all been unsuccessful citing that my bank account cannot be used for this. I tried another bank account and that was also denied. I have submitted the requested paperwork several times such as statements, proof of address etc. On the last withdrawal attempt, they made me wait over a month just to end up saying I would be unable to withdraw the funds. Please assist and thank you in advance.

Cant find a way to withdraw the winning money

Please help me, I have verify everything including ID and Card payment, all approved and passed but when trying to wd I was being back and fourth with suppport telling me to canceled then try other way but then they said they cannot sending it to my bank. Withdrawal took month, and I still haven't received it

They wouldn't let me withdraw, but they canceled it 6 times, made me do my verification 3 times.

Almost the worst casino I've played on.

Keeps delaying payment

I requested a withdrawal of $500 on 04/19. The bonus amount was $120 which left a w/d of $380. On 05/02 (day 11) I chatted with Connor, who escalated it to the finance team. On 05/04 (day 13) it was approved. On 05/05, it stated my expected payout date was 05/13. On 05/14 (day 20), payment was delayed and new expected payout date was 05/18. On 05/18 (day 22) still no payment. New expected payment date was 05/21. On 5/19, specialist said that he escalated the payment again and to check back in 24-72 hours. On 5/21 I chatted with another specialist, who told me to check back Monday. During this time frame, they have requested new proof of address twice, which was just done right before I requested the withdrawal. They also tried telling me it has to be a wire transfer and they needed all my bank info etc. I had already submitted all info they were requesting a few months ago with no changes. Once I informed them that these things were already completed and that I have the ticket numbers and chat transcripts, then they tell me the finance department has made an exception and approved it for a bitcoin withdrawal instead. Then they just tell me to check back. To recap, I requested withdrawal on 04/19, it was approved on 05/04 and I still haven’t received any payment.

Delayed payment after a month

I have been waiting over a month with not even an approval. It keeps getting pushed back. I have sent the verification paperwork needed twice and am still receiving the same message from them. I have already spoke to my bank and they confirmed they will accept the wire transfer so that excuse wont work. I have two withdrawals pending. If they wont pay me those I think they should refund the money I've already spent! They can take my money within seconds but months to pay out?! This is ridiculous.

Talking too long to get my winnings

Their withdrawal procedure is after a request is made, which takes 7-10 business days to approve and 7-10 business days to payout after approval.
Every time I request a withdrawal, I have to come to their chat on the 11th business day for them to escalate the withdrawal to approval, which takes about another 2 days.
Then again, I would have to come to their chat on the 11th business day for them to escalate the withdrawal that was approved to be paid, which takes another 2 days.
They say the max withdrawal per request is $2500, but they only pay half at a time, so you would have to wait another 10 business days for the process to start again.

I won around $8800 on end of February and as of today 5/5/26 I only got paid $2500. I got paid twice and each time they only paid me half of the requested amount and the rest they made a new request which will take longer time to get paid. They are always out of their time frame. Which is ridicules.

Approved Withdrawals Reversed Delayed And Not Paid Since March

I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.

Delayed payment at Raging Bull

Withdrawal request was originally made on 4/2. Bonus playthrough should have been cleared or mostly cleared based on bet amount and time. Documents were verified over the course of the next couple weeks and was told repeatedly that my approval was imminent and has been escalated. On 5/1, I was told that all was looking good and to please reach out again by 5/4 as approval would be "any moment now" which did not happen. On 5/4, I reached out and was told to wait another 24-72 hours. I responded that I already have per my original follow up 5/1 and was told basically just that they understand but this is how it is. I am escalating to you as I have run into an impasse. I have several screenshots to support continued conversations. Please help.

Delay of payment since November of 2025

I have been trying to collect my winnings since November of 2025. Throughout the process I've patiently waited for approval time and the 7 to 10 business days, and even time for a supposed finance team to do whatever they do. I have attached conversations with the casino's customer support specialist, and one conversation claimed I should see my deposited winnings the following day. I'm about done being patient.

I am filing this formal complaint against Raging Bull Casino regarding a withdrawal dispute that has remained unresolved since October 2025. Despite my continued efforts to cooperate, the operator has employed what appear to be deliberate stalling tactics to avoid paying out my legitimate winnings.

Background and Previous Verification:

I previously underwent an exhaustive five-month verification process with this casino. At that time, I was explicitly assured by management that once my identity was verified, all future withdrawals would be processed seamlessly. This has proven to be false.

Current Dispute:

In October 2025, I initiated a withdrawal of $5,000. Despite my account already being verified, I was requested to resubmit my KYC documentation. I have since provided the requested details over 20 times. Each submission is met with new, often contradictory, excuses for non-payment:

Insufficient Funds: Claims were made that the account lacked the necessary balance, which was incorrect.

Transaction Volume: Claims that my bank statement showed "too few transactions," a requirement not found in the standard Terms and Conditions.

Bank Limits: A representative stated they had "sent too much money to Capital One" and could no longer facilitate payments to that institution.

The casino is now demanding that I open an entirely new bank account to receive my funds. I have refused this request as my current Capital One account has successfully received payments from this operator in the past.
