To whom it may concern,
I requested a 2500 payout via wire transfer on August 16th.
After jumping through their hoops on the withdrawal process I received approval on August 27th, 2024 with approval for the wire of $2100.
I have emailed four times since that date and kept getting the same response of we can take up to 7-10 business days for the payout to hit your institution.
Today is day 10 in standard business days. It is after the wire cut-off time for the banks.
I have not received any of my winnings from this company. I can also include all of my correspondence to this company.

I'm sorry it took a few days longer than expected, as there were some international banking holidays interfering.
The good news is that our processor confirmed your wire was completed on Friday, so I would expect the funds will reach your account tomorrow (if not already).
