I made a withdrawal request on 5/5/21 for $1900. I let the so-called timeline of 5 business days to be approved and the 5 business days to be transferred go, but nothing. I have been in contact with their customer support at least once a day since, and get a reply every day. I know what they are going to say before they say it, I even type it before they can. This is giving me so much mental stain, as I only played to try my luck to pay for medical bills. I have a complete email chain and screenshots. But still, get the old " I'll escalated it for you now"
The only time I have had a different response is when I said I'm going to lodge a complaint, they said to me "We have been in business for 18 years, any threats will only impact you playing with other casino's"

Every correspondence was through live chat. Every responce was the same. I even spoke to the same peiple on multiple occasions and they told me the same lies. I emailed myself every interaction if you would like me to forward hem on to you

I'm very concerned about what you were told when stating you would be lodging a complaint and I want to follow-up on this. Just to make things a bit easier for me to dig into, can you please tell me if this was through live chat, email or phone? I find this very disturbing...
