70 days and still waiting
I made a withdrawal request on 5/5/21 for $1900. I let the so-called timeline of 5 business days to be approved and the 5 business days to be transferred go, but nothing. I have been in contact with their customer support at least once a day since, and get a reply every day. I know what they are going to say before they say it, I even type it before they can. This is giving me so much mental stain, as I only played to try my luck to pay for medical bills. I have a complete email chain and screenshots. But still, get the old " I'll escalated it for you now"
The only time I have had a different response is when I said I'm going to lodge a complaint, they said to me "We have been in business for 18 years, any threats will only impact you playing with other casino's"
