6 withdrawals pending since October 31 totaling 13500
I have contacted customer service every few days regarding my payout. Each time I get a rehearsed message from an agent and am told to check back in a few days. I've been told twice it's being escalated. I've never heard from anyone regarding my document approval or denial. Same goes with the payment, no clue if they were approved.
Regarding my withdrawal, I am told it is being expedited since it's past the approval time. Each time I'm told that I am then asked to contact them in 3 days. They are constantly putting me off and if I ask any questions they begin sending me chat messages asking if that's all I need for the day. I will be forwarding some of the chats I saved. Unfortunately. I don't have all of them.
In a nutshell, I've been waiting to hear if my payments are at least approved and when I can get expect them. They total approximately $12,000 & were requested 10/31.
