Approx 1 week ago I have been unable to get into my account. I log in but then a second screen appears 'Welcome to the Carnival Room'. It asks for another log in but mine doesn't work. I'm not sure if I've been locked out, hacked or its just a glitch.
I have 6 pending withdrawals:
