4k Withdrawal Not Being Provided
I submitted a withdrawal request back at the beginning of April and I have not received payment yet. I went through three (3) different chats, and was told my withdrawal information was being verified. Then I completed their YooHoo verification, their identity verification and sent in the payment information. I received an email stating my account is verified and to check with live chat for update on payment. I have had numerous chats with them and they keep saying they have to verify the account/ payment information.
I sent that information in at the beginning of April (13th). Every time I ask about the status in the chat, I am told they are working on verification. I pointed out everything has already been verified and am told that it would take time. The email I received stated that my account would be verified in 5 business days (from April 13). No movement at all. I have all transcripts of the chats.
