3 withdrawals, 2 supposedly processed but none have hit my bank account after month of waiting

I just wanted to make you all aware that Raging Bull still hasn't gotten it together as I'm still waiting to see any $ following 1 month passing since my request was made...$1800 in total. The customer service people continue to say it will take "7-10 days" to process a request then another 7-10 days for the money to be in my bank account. My most recent request was made 1/18/19 and as of today 2/8/19 it still hasn't been processed. My first request was made 30 days ago...Again, none of the money has made it to my bank account.

2 months after making my initial withdrawal request $ has finally been paid as of this morning. Thank you, Askgamblers.com, as without your help I’m not sure if this headache would have ever ended.

First, I made no 'promises.' What I said is that I 'would expect.'
I have no control over things once our request for payment is sent to our processor. It is completely dependent upon how many payments need to be issued vs. how much the processor can move. It's quite complicated and for legal reasons, I'm unable to go into deeper detail than this.
What I can tell you is that we received confirmation on the 21st that the wire had been completed on the processor's end. Can you please tell me if the wire has now reached you?
