3 withdrawals, 2 supposedly processed but none have hit my bank account after month of waiting

So my approval was issued for my withdrawal on September 7 and they said it wouldn’t take more than two business days and I’ve received my payment by 21 September and now they’re just saying that it’s taking extra long because they have more then normal to do.

I never received this payout, and I can't get a response to any emails or customer service options...

I don't know where to go or what to do about any of this if I can't get a response from anyone...

I have waited for over a month... and done all of the verification papers and everything else they have asked for.

I am asking for your assistance again regarding my $2,500 withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino, originally requested on August 17, 2026.

I want to clarify that I have been cooperating with Raging Bull and have attempted to follow their withdrawal instructions.

I initially requested my withdrawal through Bitcoin, but Raging Bull told me that because my debit card was my primary deposit method, the withdrawal had to be processed by bank wire.

I then provided my bank wire information for bank as instructed.

Raging Bull subsequently told me that they are unable to process transfers to bank at this time and instructed me to provide another bank account, along with a recent bank statement.

I contacted Raging Bull through live chat and asked why the wire could not be processed and requested escalation. Their representative told me:

“I don't see the exactly reason why we can't do wire transfers at the moment my apologies.”

I have now received another email from Raging Bull dated September 4, 2026, again confirming that they cannot process the wire to bank and asking me to provide a different bank account.

This leaves me in a situation where Raging Bull requires my withdrawal to be processed by wire, but the wire method they require is not available to my bank.

I have therefore asked Raging Bull to make a one-time exception and allow my $2,500 withdrawal to be paid through Bitcoin, since the required wire method cannot currently be completed.

I am willing to complete any reasonable verification required. I am not refusing to cooperate with the casino. I am simply asking for a workable payment method to receive my winnings.

My previous AskGamblers complaint was rejected because I was encouraged to cooperate with the casino's suggested payment method. I want to make clear that I did attempt to follow that payment method, but Raging Bull itself has stated that it cannot send the required wire to my bank.

Requested resolution:

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining my $2,500 withdrawal, preferably by allowing Raging Bull to process it through Bitcoin as a one-time exception, or by helping establish another reasonable payment method that I can actually use.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and Raging Bull's September 4 email confirming the issue.

So I used RagingBull Casino and hit big for $826. I have tried every single withdrawal method possible and they refuse to pay me out. This has been going on for almost 7 months. No matter how I try to get my money it’s declined. If I try to contact their help center about any solutions I get completely ignored.

They are stalling my withdrawal.

I used only real cash debit, no bonus, no nothing.

They owe me 2500$ in a BTC withdrawal and another $ 9k.

Now the only option is a BTC withdrawal. Please help me get my money back.

I fairly won with real cash. I have gotten every excuse about not paying me. Then they say yes, then say no.

I need real help now. Enough is enough. They have me submit everything over and over, then tell me they don’t even take the bank; it’s all lies after lies. Multiple people on chat; no one ever the same. This is a complete scam. I will push this all the way to the FBI and to the lic board.

I wagered over 49k dollars on real-money cash wagers, no bonus whatsoever.

They say I was approved for a 1 time btc 2500$ withdrawal, so I’m still waiting for that before I do anything else to see if this is legit.

I initiated 3 withdrawal requests on 6/29 for $2500 each.

Since then, I have followed all guidelines given to me. I provided bank statements, utility bills, etc. My withdrawals keep getting denied and/or approval dates pushed out. The original approval date was 7/13, then 7/16, and now 7/21.

Prior to 7/13, I was told I needed a bank statement showing a month of activity and a positive ending balance over $20. I did that. I then received an email saying my bank was not allowed.

I chatted with customer service, and they said my account could not be accepted but refused to provide specific details. They recommended I use an account in another bank, but I already have an account there. Very confusing.

I feel as though they are just trying to avoid paying me out with these confusing and conflicting conversations.

I really need some support, please. Thank you.

I attached some screenshots of conversations with them where they tell me to open an account in other bank, though my account is already with them as well

They have no solutions other than to open a new bank account, use it for a month, then send them the details for review, and they can then advise if it can be used.

That seems wild to me and a very shady business practice. I have done what they have asked and would like my payouts processed.

I requested a withdrawal of 2294.00 on 5/30/26.

It was finally approved on 6/09/26, and per their timeframe for withdrawals, today is the 10th business day, and I still haven't received it.

Customer service can't get it together with the first one telling me I would get it on the 12th, the next two said today, and the one today says, " Well, today is still the 10th day, so come back and ask tomorrow.

I was denied a supervisor when I asked for one because, according to her, they can't do any more than she can, so it wasn't necessary.

I just need my money!!

Hello. I initially signed up for this casino using a bonus they were using to match my deposit of $50. Using this deposit, I hit a significant bonus and after reading the withdrawal requirements, I played through the bonus as required. This was back in February, and after several attempts to withdraw the money they have all been unsuccessful citing that my bank account cannot be used for this. I tried another bank account and that was also denied. I have submitted the requested paperwork several times such as statements, proof of address etc. On the last withdrawal attempt, they made me wait over a month just to end up saying I would be unable to withdraw the funds. Please assist and thank you in advance.
