I have been trying to recieve my cash out from Raging Bull since April. I requested a cash out of $1000.00. All of my documents were turned in, identity verified and emails recieved from the payout team stating such. I have contacted support though online chat multiple times, called the support plus and still nothing. I logged into the site in May to contact support again only to find the amount placed back into my player account. Once I inquired why and whats going on they stated they never recieved my documents. I, of course, screenshot everything and sent it to them showing they did recieve them and had accepted them a month prior. They had me put in another withdrawal request which meant they started the process over again. I have been told that my request is approved and I would have my payout by May 20, 2021. I have not recieved any word from this casino nor my payout. I feel like this is all a scam in hopes that people will just forget about what they are owed.
