Withdrawals still not received
Two weeks ago I requested a few withdrawals and was waiting for them to be processed. Then one day as I was trying to log in it said my account had been closed. I contacted customer support and asked what was going on. They told me my account needed to pass the verification process (why this was done now, weeks after account opening I do not know).
I obliged and supplied all required documents almost immediately. Two weeks later I have received no update, after being told it should only take 72 hours. I am feeling increasingly disheartened and annoyed with the service as I am waiting on money owed to me and nothing is happening.
