Withdrawals are not being processed

So far, I have been satisfied with Rabona and have had no issues with withdrawals. They were processed within 2 days.

I have also been fully verified for a long time.

Now I have 3 pending withdrawals since May 31, 2025, and they still haven’t been processed.

The chat and email support only ever respond with the same message: that it is being processed with priority and forwarded to the relevant department...

The chat has also confirmed that you have all the required documents and that I am fully verified.

I am requesting an immediate withdrawal.
