Withdrawal takes time


I sent a withdrawal request one week ago, got confirmation mail from finance department same day, after this I have received no information. The money still just stands as "pending".

Terms say it should take 3 days.

I have contacted the chat online, they are very respectful and nice to talk to, but they can't say anything else than wait. "You have to wait". Then they set they will send a request.

All I ask for is some information. Afraid I never will receive the money.

Thanks for responding. I just got a mail from rabona, saying the withdrawal will be done in 3 to 5 business days.
Total withdrawal time will be about 3 weeks then. Or 15 business days.
