Withdrawal request from 18th of April 2024 still not processed on 26th of April

Hello,

I requested a withdrawal of 400€ on 18th of April 2024 at 09:58. Now it is 26th of April 2024 at 11:35. That means my withdrawal has now been pending for longer than 8 days even though Rabona's terms and conditions clearly say that withdrawals will not take longer than 3 working days. The support only tells me that I have to be more patient but, as you all know, waiting for money that belongs to you is a very annoying thing. Especially if you are not provided any timeline or reasons for such a delay it literally hurts.

Now I also submitted a second withdrawal request for another 400€ because I would get really impatient if I had to wait for the rest of my balance again for such a long time. I hope the older withdrawal request will be processed as soon as possible and my new withdrawal request won't pend for 8 days again.
