Withdrawal Delay Without any valid reason


Dears,

kindly note that I have three pending withdrawals. the first withdrawal was on 06/02/2025, the second on 12/02/2025, and the last on 13/02/2025. I contacted customer service multiple times, and they said the same thing without any action each time.

According to the terms & conditions of the website, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process the payment but in my case, they didn't process them and the requests are still pending.

I need my money to be withdrawn into my account ASAP please because I'm fed up with this casino.
