Withdrawal delay with no reason
Rabona is delaying my withdrawal without any explanation, despite my requests for one. My account is fully verified, and I have complied with all requirements. Below are the details of my withdrawal attempts.

According to Rabona’s Terms:
"Requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out, provided all other conditions are met and checks are completed."
My first withdrawal (ID 643256569) was processed on 23.02.2025.
Subsequent withdrawals (IDs 651693997 & 653977985) were requested on 07.03.2025 and 11.03.2025, meaning they have been pending for several weeks.
No justification has been provided for the delay, despite:

✅ No active bonuses affecting withdrawals.
✅ No violation of withdrawal limits.
Actions Taken:
- Contacted live chat support 5 times.
- Received generic replies (the same message every time: "Your withdrawal is being processed; please wait.").
- No timeline or reason provided.
Demands:
- Immediate processing of my pending withdrawals (€500.00 + €488.00 = €988.00 total).
- A written explanation for the delay, as required by your terms.
