I submitted withdrawal requests on January 15 and January 22, totaling 850 euros, which have still not been credited to my account. Today is February 4, and this delay is completely unacceptable. Although 850 euros may seem like a modest sum, the continued delay in processing my withdrawal is causing significant inconvenience.
I urgently request that you open a new case to investigate and resolve this matter promptly, ensuring that the 850 euros are credited to my account without further delay.
