They are not processing withdrawal EUR500

This is my second bad experience with this site, having requested a €500 withdrawal on 11 October at 01:00AM, I find myself 5 days later still waiting to get my request processed, this never moved from “Under review” and when I contact the support chat I keep getting same responses I got the last time “ Thank you for waiting. I have checked your withdrawal and there seems to be a delay in processing.”.
This goes on and on and there is not response as to when will they actually process the payment. Attached screenshot of the withdrawal request.
Please help resolving yet another issue with this operator (they seem to be same group as Playzilla - same issues on every withdrawal request, and the others on group - Nomini, Spinbara, Pistolo, etc)
