Seven days waiting for a withdraw

I've made a withdrawal request since 4 april 2024, today is 11 april and I didn't receive any cent, everytime I contact them, all they have to say is that my patience is appreciated, I don't know what going on with them but that's weird to wait a week for a 100$... I don't know what to do... Contacting their support isn't useful.

Delayed cryptocurrency withdrawal

I am submitting a complaint regarding a delayed cryptocurrency withdrawal from Rabona.

On 28 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 500 USDT via cryptocurrency. As of today, the withdrawal remains pending and has not been processed, despite several days having passed.

During this period, I have contacted Rabona’s support team multiple times through both live chat and email. Unfortunately, I have not received a meaningful response or a clear explanation for the delay.

The withdrawal has exceeded the processing timeframe stated in Rabona’s own withdrawal policy, and no valid reason has been provided. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I am submitting a complaint against Rabona Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal. On June 19, 2026, I requested a withdrawal, but it is still pending.

Withdrawal pending for more than 60 Days

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since April 27. As of the date of writing this complaint, it has been two months without receiving my money.

During this period, I contacted their live chat support several times, as well as their email support. Each time, I was told that everything was fine and that my withdrawal should arrive soon.

Then, after I had already been waiting for over a month, they suddenly requested verification documents from me, even though no such documents had been requested during the previous month of waiting.

Then, five days ago (June 25), I suddenly received an email informing me that my withdrawal request had been canceled. I was not given any explanation whatsoever for this decision. I submitted all the requested documents 20 days ago. Every time I asked about the status of my verification, I was told that they were still reviewing my documents. The last email with this response was sent to me four days ago, on June 26.

Rabona is refusing to pay out my funds. The total balance in my account is €1,205.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding Rabona Casino and the excessive delay in processing my withdrawal requests.

I currently have pending withdrawals totaling €2,400, which have been awaiting approval for more than six days. Despite contacting customer support several times, I have only received generic reassurances that my withdrawals are being processed and that I should continue waiting.

To clarify, these withdrawals are not related to any bonus funds or bonus promotions. Furthermore, my account has already been fully verified, and there are no outstanding verification requirements or document requests that could justify the delay.

My concern is based on previous experience with this casino. In the past, I was repeatedly given the same assurances and ultimately had to wait nearly 30 days before any meaningful action was taken. Because of that experience, I do not want to wait weeks again before raising this issue.

I understand that verification and payment processing may require some time, but a delay of more than six days without any clear explanation or progress is unreasonable, especially considering that my account is fully verified and the funds are not connected to any bonus conditions.

According to the stated terms, withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days, and this timeframe has clearly been exceeded.

Is delaying KYC verification and withholding my remaining balance

I would like to file a complaint against Rabona regarding an unreasonable and ongoing delay with my account verification and the transfer of my remaining balance.

My account had already been verified before, but I was later asked to complete the KYC verification process again. I complied with this request and submitted the required documents multiple times. Despite this, my case has still not been resolved.

I also contacted their complaints team by email, as instructed. They replied asking again for verification documents, which I provided. After that, I waited for more than two additional weeks, but there was still no actual progress or final decision.

Since February, I have been receiving repeated messages apologising for the inconvenience and asking for more patience, but no clear timeframe has been provided and no meaningful action has been taken. I have fully cooperated throughout the process and submitted everything requested from me.

My complaint is that Rabona is excessively delaying the KYC review and, as a result, withholding access to my remaining balance without giving a proper resolution date.

What I want:

Immediate completion of the KYC review, or

Immediate transfer of my remaining balance.

I provide copies of my communication with support and the complaints team, as well as proof that I submitted the requested documents multiple times.

I have requested a withdrawal of 305 euros on 15.04.2026 and haven't received my money since that day, despite the casino saying that withdrawal takes 3 working days.

Unreasonable withdrawal limits for large winnings

I would like to file a complaint regarding Rabona Casino and their withdrawal limits.

I won approximately 30,000,000 HUF on their platform. My account is currently limited to a monthly withdrawal limit of 2,800,000 HUF.

At this rate it would take more than 10 months to withdraw my legitimate winnings, which I believe is an unreasonable and unfair delay for access to player funds.

I contacted Rabona support and requested either a temporary withdrawal limit increase or a payout schedule due to the size of the win, but they refused and stated that the limits are determined automatically by the system.

I am not disputing the winnings themselves, only requesting a reasonable timeframe to withdraw my funds.

I kindly ask the regulator to review this case and help ensure a fair withdrawal process.
