Rabona Casino Pending Withdrawals Since August 8th

I am extremely frustrated with Rabona Casino due to yet another withdrawal delay. As of today, 28th of August, I have three pending withdrawals, the oldest dating back to 8.8 and the most recent from 12.08. None of them have been processed despite repeated attempts to get answers from support.

This is not the first time I have experienced withdrawal problems with Rabona. Delays have become a recurring issue on this platform, and it feels like players’ money is being held hostage. The lack of transparency, slow processing, and repeated excuses are unacceptable for a casino that claims to be reliable.

All my documents are verified, my account is in good standing, and there is absolutely no valid reason for such an unreasonable delay. I expect Rabona to immediately process my withdrawals without further excuses and to explain why this keeps happening.

As a loyal player, I should not have to chase after my winnings. This situation undermines any trust in Rabona’s fairness and reliability.

I confirm that I have now received the disputed payment, and I therefore consider this case resolved. I would like to sincerely thank the AskGamblers Complaint Team once again for their assistance, as without your intervention I would likely still be waiting for my withdrawals.

That being said, I must point out that no reliable casino should take almost two and a half months to pay out €5,000, with players needing to escalate the issue twice (for a total of €3,000) through AskGamblers in order to finally receive their winnings. This is simply unacceptable and shows a serious problem in Rabona Casino’s withdrawal processing.

While I am glad this dispute has been resolved, I strongly hope Rabona Casino takes these repeated delays seriously and improves their payout practices in the future. Players should never have to fight this hard to get what they rightfully won.
