I’m submitting this complaint due to Rabona Casino’s ongoing failure to process three withdrawal requests totaling €1,500. These withdrawals were originally requested in late June, then canceled by Rabona around mid-July without explanation, and have now been resubmitted — but remain unprocessed for over a week despite repeated follow-ups. My account is fully verified.
I have made no additional deposits since that time and have continued playing responsibly. My current balance remains over €7,000, and no bonus terms are in play.
Rabona’s stated withdrawal policy — both in their Terms and via live chat — promises processing within 3 business days, yet I’m now well beyond that window with no payments, no timeline, and vague responses from support.
