I have made 3 different submit to my withdrawal because of 1 player can make 1k/day withdrawal. 

I made it 25.08 and got email that my money is on the way on 01.09. Today is 08.09 and I still didn't receive anything.

Yes I did contact my bank, they don't have information. Live support is not helping at all, just asking me to wait

I want to confirm that the casino has send me all of my winnings. So casino payed me the money after a very long time and many messeges.

18 hours left to respond for the casino. I have contacted the casino with Live chat, email and even called them. The Live chat is not helpfull at all, the only thing im getting from them is that the case is send to financial departament and they are working on the case. My email is "lost" i guess becuse of zero respond to my email and there is the last one so phone. No one answared my calls so i guess the phone is not working. Like i said in my post, i have made 3 withdraws, and the first one is gone and im pretty sure the case will be the same with the 2 last remaining ones.
