I have problem with payment for 192 euros

I have problem with payment for 192 euros.

The account is fully verified.

The payment was ordered on 14/12/2023 and has not been paid yet.

The support did not give a clear explanation of what the problem was...

"I have checked your account, and I am happy to inform you that your withdrawal has been completed and sent from our side, however it seems to still be in process on the payment provider’s side.

It looks like the withdrawal should be completed soon, therefore we kindly ask you for a little more patience

You can check with us again tomorrow in case you did not have it arrived. We have paid from our side"

I haven’t received my withdrawal in my wallet.

Since then they have not responded to emails or chat.

I hope this is some kind of misunderstanding and the problem will be solved.
