I have a problem with Rabona regarding 2 withdrawals of 500 euros each


Hello

I have a problem with Rabona regarding 2 withdrawals of 500 euros each, ID: 516915705 and 524621233.
I initiated the transfers on August 23 and September 3, 2024.

The Rabona agents have told me twice now that my transfers have been sent, but I don't have the money in my bank account. The last one was on 22.09.24, when they told me it would arrive in 3 to 5 days.
Once they're telling me that the payments are late, the next they're saying the money has been sent.
They keep me going round in circles.


Between these 2 transfers, there was another one (315 euros) that went by the deadline, to exactly the same bank account.

I have the exchanges, emails and chats with them, if necessary.

Please help me to have back my money, I remain at your disposal for any further information.
