I requested a withdrawal of €200 on 30 November 2025. The withdrawal has been pending for more than 15 days.
Customer support repeatedly states that the withdrawal is under processing by the finance department but provides no explanation or timeframe. No verification documents have been requested.
I believe the operator is unreasonably delaying my withdrawal.
