Please be informed, that we have reached out to the customer on June 12th and informed of the results of our investigation with the payment provider.
Please be informed that the payment provider can manually recover the funds.
In order to proceed, they are requesting the customer to send 0,02 ETH to the same wallet address. Once done, the customer needs to send the gas TXID and an active return wallet address. We have also informed the customer that there is an 8% fee for recoveries.
Since we reached out to the customer then, we received no replies or updates from them.
