Delaying withdrawal without time frame

I have been an active customer at rabona.com. I have made 100's of deposits and withdrawals without issue. My account is fully verified and do not have any active bonuses or something that could delay my withdrawals. I have withdrew on Jan.18th 2025 and my withdrawal has still not yet been processed. The terms are 3 business days however I keep receiving the same answer from chat saying not to worry and my withdrawal will be processed however no time frame is provided. I have spoken to chat numerous times with no updates or time frame provided. I have $3,000 remaining in my account after my 2 pending withdrawals are paid out. Please help me receive my funds in a timely manner.
