Delaying withdrawal without time frame

I am submitting a complaint regarding my Rabona account, which has been placed under review while I still have funds on the account and a pending withdrawal.

At the time, I had approximately NOK 103,000 in total funds associated with my Rabona account, consisting of approximately NOK 83,000 in available balance and a NOK 20,000 pending withdrawal. I cannot currently access my account to verify the exact amount.

However, I have a screenshot from September 6, 2026 showing an available balance of NOK 82,306.89 while a NOK 20,000 withdrawal was pending. This means that the screenshot directly documents NOK 102,306.89 in total available balance plus the pending withdrawal.

The withdrawal details shown in my account were:

At the time, my account was also subject to Rabona’s applicable withdrawal limits. The NOK 20,000 withdrawal remained pending, and I was unable to withdraw the remaining balance because of the applicable withdrawal limits.

I am now unable to access my account. When I attempt to log in, Rabona displays a message stating that my account is under review.

I have contacted Rabona Support regarding this matter. I received confirmation that my requests were received and would be reviewed by their customer service team. However, I have not received a substantive explanation regarding the reason for the account review, the status of my funds, or the pending withdrawal.

I have previously received successful withdrawal confirmations from Rabona, which I can provide as additional supporting documentation.

I would therefore kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining clarification from Rabona regarding:

1. The reason my account has been placed under review.

2. The exact balance held on my account when the review was initiated.

3. The status of my NOK 20,000 withdrawal.

4. Whether any additional verification or documentation is required from me.

5. If Rabona intends to withhold or cancel any of my funds, I would like them to identify the specific reason and the relevant provision of their Terms and Conditions.

I am fully willing to cooperate with any legitimate verification or documentation request from Rabona.

I hope you can help me with this issue.

I have submitted a total of three withdrawal requests with Rabona, amounting to €2,100 in total (€500 on August 23, €800 on August 24, and €800 on August 25).

Rabona states that the maximum processing time for withdrawal requests is three business days. This timeframe has already been significantly exceeded.

For several days, I have been trying to get information through their live chat, but unfortunately, I have not received any actual assistance. I am repeatedly given generic, pre-written responses telling me that my money is safe, that I should not worry, and that my withdrawals will be processed soon. However, nothing actually happens.

They are also unable or unwilling to provide me with any specific timeframe for when my withdrawals will be processed.

After many hours of work trying to make the verification process with Rabona go faster, I have now felt compelled to make a complaint here on AskGamblers.

I have been trying to withdraw $6,000 from Rabona since May 20th, and they are just wasting time and will not help me get my money out. 3 months of verification process during which I have submitted all the documents that have been requested.

This is completely unacceptable.

I have contacted support several times, and they say that my case is in the "queue".

So, this is obviously just because they hope that I will gamble the money away on something else, which is quite scandalous for a so-called serious bookmaker.

I am submitting this complaint regarding significant delays in the processing of my withdrawal requests at Rabona Casino.

I am writing to request your assistance and intervention regarding a delayed withdrawal at Rabona Casino. My withdrawal request for 46,000 HUF, initiated on July 23, 2026, is still completely stuck in "Under Review" status today, July 29, 2026.

It has been 6 calendar days (4 business days) since the request was submitted, with zero progress made.

Over the past few days, customer support has repeatedly sent the exact same canned, generic responses ("unexpected delay," "please be patient," "exact processing time is not available"), despite previously confirming that my account data and transaction checks were all found to be in order.

On 2026-06-25 at 18:56:55, I requested a withdrawal of 30,000 CLP. As of today, the transaction status remains "Pending".My player account, under the name of <full name removed>, is fully verified through the KYC process and has been for a long time. I have contacted live support multiple times, and the only standard response I receive is that the delay is due to a "high volume of transactions".
