Delayed rabona withdraw

Hello,

I have been a regular player at Rabona with many deposits and successful withdrawals in the past. However, my current withdrawal has been stuck in “Pending” for 3 days without any progress.

Whenever I contact support, they only tell me that the withdrawal is “okay” and that the operators are checking it, but they do not provide any concrete details or a timeframe.

I even asked proactively if completing KYC verification would help speed up the process, but support refused and said it was not required. This makes the situation more concerning, especially after reading many recent negative user experiences regarding delayed withdrawals.

At this point I am worried because I have received no clear explanation for the delay.
I kindly request assistance to resolve this issue and have my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.
