Delayed 300 EUR payment

Dear askgambler team,

I made 300e withdrawal on the 22nd but it still hasn't been processed. I tried to contact customer service maybe 10 Times, but then they deactivated my livechat and don't respond to email anymore.
I tried everything to find a solution but rabona doesn't care and just keeps my money.
