A problem with a withdrawal

Hello,


I would like to report a problem with the Rabona site (rabona5.com).


I am currently trying to withdraw my funds, but I am receiving an error message with code 6321: ‘The withdrawal action is limited by group’. Despite several attempts and a sufficient balance, the withdrawal remains blocked.


I have contacted their live chat and email support on several occasions, but have never received a helpful response.


This isn't the first time I've had a problem with Rabona. In the past, €300 was not credited to my account, and this was never resolved even after insistence.


For the record, my account still hasn't been validated. However, the smallest withdrawals from my old account were made without my account being validated. It was when I made a large withdrawal of €300 that my account was closed for no good reason.


I currently have €430 in my rabona account with a deposit of €200 and I would like to be able to recover my winnings.


If you could unblock the situation or, at the very least, provide a clear explanation for this blockage, it would be incredible because I don't know what to do, it's been 1 week now.
