Progressive Slot win not awarded

I hit the progressive slot bonus game on Mine all Mine. I got the first three credit prizes awarded, but when it came to the fourth prize, I did not receive a share of one of the progressive slots as stated in the rules and paytable. I contacted support and the manager several times and received no response.

This was at mygocasino.eu I spoke with the manager and he said the bronze progressive slot awards a random prize. This is not what is stated in the rules and paytable. It shows how to calculate your win, I should have received $300, but only received $5.
