I have deposited 25 euro after creating my new account.

After 1 hour the transaction is still pending while I checked and the money left my current bank account.

I used a regular maestro current debit card so there is no way to freeze money or pending transactions like in visa or Mastercard.

The money left my bank.

The money is not credited to my casino account.

I wished I never opened an account here, and the live chat is not helpful.

I demand my money now! Not tomorrow or next week but right now.

As casino representatives, we are sorry to hear about your recent issue with our site.

However, in this case, I must state that the issue is not on our but on the payment processor's side. To solve the case, you will need to provide a screenshot of the said transaction so that we can check with the processor and verify your claims.
If you are unwilling to cooperate with us then I'm afraid we will not be able to help.
