Withdrawal cancelled several times now

I got lucky and won 4000€ on Playfastcasino on April 14th.

I had send my docs already on November 2021, when they were all accepted.
When I made my first withdrawal attempt, they asked me some docs again, and also other verification docs.

I sent them immediately. They asked few more, and I sent them also. I got email that these were accepted.

After this everything was supposed to be ok, and I got an email to make withdrawal again. (1000€ at a time).
Then they cancelled withdrawal on "technical issue" and asked me to make withdrawal again.

I did this, and the same thing happened the next day.

I made another withdrawal after this, and then I got cancellation email with info that withdrawal is temporarely suspended for account investigation.

It has been week now, I've send all the asked docs, account has been verified and several withdrawal attempts have been cancelled with "technical issue". And now I can't even try to make withdrawal...

They answer one email per day, so at this rate this going to last very long time get 4 withdrawals... or even the first one to get through.

I can now confirm, that my first withdrawal has been completed and I have received 1000€ to my bank account. (11th of may)

I've now made second withdrawal and it's pending.

Case is closed for my end and I wanna thank all partisipants. I hope all my withdrawals will be processed without any problems.

Hi,

Now I was able to do withdrawal once again, I made it on Monday morning (May 9th).

It's been pending now for about 36 hours.

I'd like to keep this case open, because I have not yet got one withdrawal accepted.
Really hoping this withdrawal will not get cancelled. (account verified and the investigation done)

Regarding the general facts:

I have frequently played at Playfast Casino as well as other casinos operated by Marketing C.W. B.V. I was fully verified with Playfast Casino, Campeonbet, and Svenbet and have already successfully completed multiple withdrawals in the past.

I am an experienced player and am very familiar with my rights, as well as with bonus terms and conditions.

Recently, I won €7,000 on Playfast Casino. I immediately requested a withdrawal. As this casino has a withdrawal limit of €1,000 per day (with a processing time of 3–5 days), this naturally takes some time for larger sums.

After receiving the first four withdrawals, I continued to play a little with the remaining €2,000–€3,000 and was fortunate enough to increase my balance to €23,000, all of which was done on my mobile device.

The following day, my account balance was suddenly reset to €0, and my pending withdrawal was declined and confiscated.

I then received an email claiming that I had violated certain terms and conditions. These accusations were completely unfounded, as none of the alleged violations applied to me.

When I requested clarification and evidence, I only received an automated email response, and no proof or justification has been provided despite my explicit request.

Of course, no evidence exists, as I have not breached any of the terms and conditions. I did not use any bonuses, did not use a VPN, nor am I in any way connected to any betting syndicate (as was alleged).

Please assist me in resolving this matter. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this further to the relevant licensing authorities and to consider taking additional legal action.
