14 days delayed payment rejecting and cancelling withdrawl every 72 hours
Hi there this complaint is very long as there are many facts to the matter.
I have attached emails between myself and playfast casino. (please keep these private).
To shorten the complaint I will begin the trail from when the KYC started.
I deposited $45 NZD and received a bonus of 120% had a balance of 103 NZD. Started playing and completed the waggering of 50x. My balance at this stage was 1700NZD. I then decided to send my details for approval as I liked the site and wanted to withdraw eventually. I sent all my documents and these were approved rather fast around 24 hours.
I then made a withdrawal of 800NZD I left 900NZD to play. MY balance was at 1200NZD when they after 72hours rejected my withdrawal of $800NZD. Their reason was KYC they wanted me to prove where my $45 came from, fair enough so I sent a selfie along with a screen shot of my skrill. I placed the $800 nzd back into withdraw. 72hours later they rejected it stating first deposit can only withdraw 15x the initial deposit amount.
They took away the excess amount and left the withdrawable amount in my playable balance. I withdraw $600 but decided to read the terms. So I read through their terms and its actually only 10x if you take the bonus. So sticking to the rules I cancelled the $600 withdraw and changed my withdrawl to $400NZD played off the remainder for fun as I can't withdraw anyway.
72hours passed and they sent me an email stating my withdrawal was approved and documents accepted. Awesome finally its done well so I thought.
I logged on only to see my withdraw was back in my balance, I approached chat and he couldn't give me an answer only stating my documents were approved and it will take 72hours for my withdraw request to be approved (see chat log attached). So once again I withdrew $400 having done everything they asked even though they said it was approved and sent for processing I had to do it all again for the 4th time.
Last night I sent and email saying my 72hours waiting period is over in the morning that I am worried you will have another excuse and not pay me my winnings. They emailed me back saying I have nothing to worry about.
I woke up this morning and my withdrawal is now in my balance again $400 nzd. I have emailed no reply, the chat stopped working so I can't find out what's going on. I requested another withdrawal of 400$ as I have to wait 72 hours for them to check it and process it. only for in my case be declined again for no real reason.
I am at wits end with this casino that's why I have turned to askgamblers. If this cannot be resolved I will raise with their license provider.
I am tired stressed and over this mucking me around. Many complaints against this casino have similarities.
I just want my $400NZD that I'm owed and be done with it.
