Playfast Casino - Unable to withdraw winnings

I joined this casino and made an initial deposit and won around 800$ CAD went through the verification process then requested withdrawal, they cancelled the withdrawal and requested more info which I sent, they said to request withdrawal again and they cancelled again asking for more information which again I’ve provided. They’ve now cancelled my withdrawal and my ability to request a withdrawal when I’ve provided everything asked for. I submitted my drivers license, my license with a selfie, a utility bill to prove address, a copy of my bank statement to prove transaction to them, and most recently a cell phone statement. Yesterday they told me I was verified again and to submit request and low and behold today they cancelled the withdrawal and are now “reviewing my account” I simply want to withdraw what I rightfully won but their support is ridiculous to work with, they basically copy and paste a response and then end the chat without giving you a chance to reply, I just want my withdrawal. I’ve jumped through every hoop they have asked

This complaint should kept open as the issue is not resolved. PlayFastCasino has not contacted me at all, I have given them more then enough information to confirm my identity. As stated they make reference to “unusual activity” but all I’ve done is logged in, made a deposit, and won. I ensured I met the wagering requirements and then attempted to cash out, since then there have been logins to check the status, and/or to upload the documentation they kept requesting. As shown in the screenshots above they have advised I was verified on several occasions, and to resubmit withdrawal request, only to have them cancel it and request even more info. I wish to keep this complaint open until they resolve this so there some level of accountability, as they say no timeline can be provided nor can they even tell me what they are “investigating”
I have been patient, I’ve been trying to do this withdrawal since mid January, and have provided absolutely everything they have requested.

Regarding the general facts:

I have frequently played at Playfast Casino as well as other casinos operated by Marketing C.W. B.V. I was fully verified with Playfast Casino, Campeonbet, and Svenbet and have already successfully completed multiple withdrawals in the past.

I am an experienced player and am very familiar with my rights, as well as with bonus terms and conditions.

Recently, I won €7,000 on Playfast Casino. I immediately requested a withdrawal. As this casino has a withdrawal limit of €1,000 per day (with a processing time of 3–5 days), this naturally takes some time for larger sums.

After receiving the first four withdrawals, I continued to play a little with the remaining €2,000–€3,000 and was fortunate enough to increase my balance to €23,000, all of which was done on my mobile device.

The following day, my account balance was suddenly reset to €0, and my pending withdrawal was declined and confiscated.

I then received an email claiming that I had violated certain terms and conditions. These accusations were completely unfounded, as none of the alleged violations applied to me.

When I requested clarification and evidence, I only received an automated email response, and no proof or justification has been provided despite my explicit request.

Of course, no evidence exists, as I have not breached any of the terms and conditions. I did not use any bonuses, did not use a VPN, nor am I in any way connected to any betting syndicate (as was alleged).

Please assist me in resolving this matter. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this further to the relevant licensing authorities and to consider taking additional legal action.
