Hi I didn't get my withdrawal from platinwin365 with Skrill now +11 Days and steel pending. On the cashout page they mentioned 24 hours and in General Terms and Conditions they noted Maximum 72 Hours. I contact live support every day and they don't give me a good response. Also I contact support by email and they tell me we have problem with withdrawing money with bitcoin please change it to skrill. I change it to skrill and I am waiting now + 11 Days.
