Already fully verified and asking for all documents again

Had loads of trouble getting my account verified the first time they rejected Monzo bank statements saying they didn't accept Mastercard as bank statements and rejected three mobile contracts for proof of address. This was all less than 6 months ago and after submitting countless documents they verified it with the Monzo and three statements as I pointed out are accepted by the gambling commission.

Withdrew 500 last week with no problem and went to withdraw 135 last night and they are asking for all types of verification again. Proof of mobile payment even though I didn't deposit with mobile proof of bank proof of PayPal etc all stuff that was fully verified up until I've gone to withdraw again and now asking for all this. I want my funds and the account closed I have submitted complaints.

Still saying they cannot accept monzo bank statements as proof of address but no where is this stated on pirate slots or jumpman gaming. Holding my withdrawal hostage as won't allow me to use any other document apart from bank statement or utility bill but will only accept gas or water which I don't pay for. My monzo bank statement was accepted after complaining about the same thing in August it was finally fully verified and now 3 month later they are saying they do random checks so I have to resupply all the same documents which I have but I'm struggling with proof of address as they will only accept bank statement and apparently not monzo which is Mastercard. Doesn't say thus anywhere until you send it in then get told its not accepted.
