Pino Casino - Deposit which was supposed to be 'quick' still missing


I made an instant deposit(22€) from the front page but I've never seen my money after that. Many times I asked it in livechat but they always said "you need to wait and we can't tell any timeframe" but nothing happened. They may not want to resolve the situation and therefore ask me to wait indefinitely. How we can resolve this situation?
