Have not received my payment

I have made withdrawals of £22200.00 from 10 Feb to 12 Feb and I haven’t received any credits back to my debit card.

Peachy Games approached me for further documentation to verify my account with I have given them and they have confirmed all documents are verified.

Yesterday I communicated with their Live Chat and they advised it will take 1-3 working days counting from 13 Feb then I again contacted them again today and they advised me it will take 1-3 working days again counting from today but cannot confirm the actual time frame.

They are giving excuses that they need to verify payments with Game Provider.

Pls, help to resolve this situation.
